Scott Russell – President
Scott’s sales career started more than 30 years ago as a door-to-door sales agent selling water treatment equipment. Over the next 13 years, he worked his way up the ranks, finishing his tenure as the Director of Sales/Marketing for an international water treatment organization. During this time, his wife Cary was diagnosed with Non-Hodgkins Lymphoma, and he wanted to have more time to be able to take care of her during her illness. He made a major career change and worked as an executive in the Media Marketing business during the next chapter of his life. Having always had a water treatment system in his home, his passion for clean water led him and his sister, Aimee, to start Clear Water Concepts, LLC soon after the death of his beloved wife in 2016. Their vision for the company is as clear as the water they help produce for their customers: provide the best equipment in the industry and the highest quality service from a team of dedicated professionals who treat each customer with respect, integrity and the warmth of family.
Aimee Adams – Vice President of Sales & Marketing
With more than 20 years of experience, Aimee knows the water industry from the ground up. She began as a part-time marketer as she completed college courses, but was soon asked to take over as the Marketing Manager for a national water treatment company. After she and her husband started a family, she wanted to devote more time to her children, and had to make a career change. Having a passion for providing clean water to individuals led her to become a sales representative for a local bottled water company. Her extensive marketing knowledge was a huge asset, and she quickly became a leader in the business-to-business sales world. Aimee is excited to join Scott in a return to the water treatment industry, where they can serve their community by providing clean water.
